Meet Dr. Bradley Nelson
Dr. Bradley Nelson, is double board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry (ABMSP) in both Foot & Ankle Surgery and Primary Care of the Foot & Ankle.
Dr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in May 1997. He went on to graduate from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in June 2001. He then completed a three-year surgical residency through The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma in June 2004.
Payments & Insurance
Our practice accepts various payment methods, including cash, checks, and major credit cards. We are also pleased to assist you by submitting your insurance forms, and we accept most major insurance providers. To verify if your specific insurance plan is accepted, please call our office. Additionally, we are happy to discuss payment plans and schedules upon request.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. A fee may be charged for a no-show or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged from our practice for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
